Old Man Emu suspension systems are designed to improve ride quality, control, load-carrying capacity, and ride height. When building an off-road vehicle, added accessories such as bumpers, armor, or gear introduce additional weight that can gradually compress suspension components, resulting in sag and reduced ride comfort.
By choosing an Old Man Emu integrated suspension kit, this sag and discomfort are avoided through application-specific tuning. OME engineers match springs and shocks to specific weight ranges to deliver consistent performance with or without added load.
This suspension lift kit is equipped with Old Man Emu Nitrocharger Plus shocks and struts. Nitrocharger Plus is a proven twin-tube design, with an outer reserve tube that protects internal components in off-road conditions. This design provides improved control, comfort, and durability for both on-road and off-road use.
This kit is tuned and matched for the Toyota 4Runner to provide:
- Approximately 1–2 inches of front lift (0–330 lb front load range)
- Approximately 2 inches of rear lift (up to 330 lb rear load)
