All Metal-tech bumper systems, sliders, roll-cage kits, and accessories are engineered, laser-cut, and welded in-house at our Newberg, Oregon facility. Keeping manufacturing under our own roof lets us control quality from raw steel all the way to powder-coat.

We specialize in Toyota, Lexus 4×4, and Ford Bronco platforms: FJ Cruiser, 4Runner, Tacoma, Land Cruisers, GX/LX, as well as selected Ford Super-Duty builds, among others.

All Metal-tech 4x4 and Outpost Offroad products show current inventory. Any item(s) not showing inventory are made to order and have the following lead times:

Sliders: 4-6 weeks

Front bumpers: 4-6 weeks

Rear bumpers: 6-8 weeks

Note: these times for producing raw parts. For anything powder-coated, add another 2 weeks, as that process is done out of house.   We always encourage shipping raw to your local powder coater.  

We make everything in-house in small quality runs.

For non-MT4x4 or OPOR items that are not in stock, please contact us, and we are happy to contact any company to receive and share a specific lead time.

Yes. Rates are location-based.

Our logistics team will reply with carrier options and costs.

Because freight on such a large item varies wildly by ZIP code.

The product page checkbox confirms you understand we’ll invoice shipping separately after we shop live rates with XPO, LTL-Select, and other preferred carriers.

Orders cannot proceed without this acknowledgment. Without a response we may cancel your order.

Absolutely. Choose Local Pickup during checkout.

We’ll email when your order is ready, then load you up Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–4 p.m. (forklift on site).

Every product, that requires installation comes with detailed docs and oftentimes an install video.

Inspect pallets before you sign. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and take photos.

Email info@metaltech4x4.com within 48 hours; we’ll file the claim and rush replacement parts.
