Refund policy
Product Returns
Contact customer service at info@metaltech4x4.com to obtain an RMA number.
All items returned must be within 30 days of the shipment date, in new condition, (has not been installed) and in the original packaging. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and RMA number. All return shipments must be sent prepaid.
Please make a copy of your original invoice for your records. A 20% restocking fee* will be applied to all returned products. If an item is damaged during return shipping, additional costs may be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
No refunds will be granted after 30 days from the date of purchase. Processing of adjustments may take 7–10 business days, depending on the banks involved. There are no refunds or exchanges for any scratch-and-dent product or special-order items.
All orders that are refused or cannot be delivered and are returned to Metal-tech 4x4, or to the distributor from which the product shipped, will be treated as returns. A 20% restocking fee will apply, and all shipping charges, including return shipping costs, will be billed to the customer.
*20% Restocking Fee – We understand that no one likes restocking fees. However, in order to offer “free” outbound shipping on most of our products and cover the costs associated with inspecting and repackaging returned items, this fee is necessary.
In some cases, the restocking fee may be waived when you exchange or purchase a Metal-tech 4x4 or OPOR-branded product.
