Description

The Toyota Tacoma winch bumper is designed to compliment the natural bumper lines and aesthetic while providing a clean, factory appearance with off road functionality and winch capability.

We use state of the art design and engineering tools like 3D Scanning and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to develop all of our Tacoma offroad bumpers.  We analyze the products real-world physical behavior by virtually testing the CAD models against linear, non-linear, and dynamic loading, allowing us to raise product quality and product durability ensuring a long service life.

The Toyota Tacoma winch bumper is engineered to be stout with additional gussets reinforcing the under structure of the bumper and winch tray, giving you confidence in your winching and recovery operations. Two 3/4" recovery points are integrated into the bumper structure.  We added a laser cut pocket in the front for an optional 25.5" LED single row light bar giving you better off road illumination. Modification of the factory bumper plastics required for proper fitment.
